Return Request Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

This policy does not reduce any longer return, withdrawal or remedy rights that applicable law gives you.

How to Request a Return

Email service@fravuno.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include a description and photographs if available.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything. Our support team will provide the authorized return destination and any applicable shipping guidance.

The registered company address is not automatically a return address.

Return Conditions

For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in substantially their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with accessories and packaging.

We may request proof of purchase.

Any exclusions for hygiene-sensitive, customized, perishable or other goods apply only where disclosed and legally permitted.

Defective or misdescribed goods remain subject to mandatory remedies even if ordinary change-of-mind conditions are not met.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover applicable reasonable return costs or provide another remedy required by law.

Do not send items to an unapproved destination.

Inspection and Refunds

After a returned item is received, we will assess it and communicate the outcome.

When a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, or sooner if required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Any deductions must be lawful and explained.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order before dispatch.

Cancellation after dispatch may require following the return process.

Exchanges depend on product availability and the circumstances of the request; contact us to discuss options.

Your statutory rights to repair, replacement, refund or other remedies remain unaffected.
