We do not request full card details by email.
6. Processing and Shipping
Our order-processing period is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–15 business days, not a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Contact service@fravuno.com as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. A cancellation cannot always be completed after dispatch.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and mandatory consumer protections.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, unless a shorter period is required by law. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the funds.
8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another party's rights.
